No. MagSafe phones can attach directly.
For non-MagSafe phones, you can use the included magnetic ring, or purchase the magnetic clip separately for a ring-free setup.

Q2：Where can I install the mount?

The mount works best on smooth, flat surfaces such as:
dashboards
windshields
center consoles
side windows
For best results, avoid rough, curved, soft, or heavily textured surfaces.

Q3：Can the mount be reused after removal?

Yes. The suction base is reusable.
If the grip weakens after repeated use, rinse the suction area with water, let it air dry, and reinstall it.

Q4： Can I use it with a phone case?

Yes, but please be sure to consider the type of phone case.
1.MagSafe-compatible cases can attach directly
2.Non-MagSafe cases can work with the included magnetic ring
3.Very thick or bulky cases may reduce magnetic holding performance

Q5：Why won’t my non-MagSafe phone attach securely?
