For non-Mag Safe devices, attach the magnetic ring to the outside of your phone case for proper alignment and magnetic connection. Ring-type, armor, leather, suede, fabric, and uneven-surface cases may affect magnetic performance or may not be suitable for magnetic ring installation. Note: This phone holder does not support wireless charging.
- 【Installation Guide for Strong Vacuum Hold】 For smooth dashboards, windshields, and flat surfaces, clean and dry the installation area before mounting. Press the vacuum base firmly and rotate the locking mechanism to create a secure vacuum seal. For leather, textured, or uneven dashboards, use the included adhesive PC pad first to create a smoother mounting surface. After applying the PC pad, wait at least 2 hours before installing the mount for better adhesion. The PC pad is designed for one-time positioning and may be difficult to remove after installation.

For better results, install the ring directly on the outside of a smooth phone case and keep the surface clean before attachment. Avoid placing the magnetic ring on curved, soft, textured, or uneven surfaces, as these conditions may reduce magnetic holding strength.
