When connecting the adapter, you do not need to enter the WiFi password. You only need to enter the password when upgrading the firmware. (When the product is used correctly, please do not upgrade the firmware, which may affect your normal use. If you need any help, please do not hesitate to contact us:D )
Q3: After the adapter is connected, the mobile phone Bluetooth shows disconnected?
Yes. This is normal, don't worry, after the adapter is successfully connected, data will be transmitted via WiFi, and the Bluetooth will show a disconnected status.
Q4: Will there be any lag during use?
Since this type of product relies on Bluetooth transmission, you might experience a 0.5-1 second delay, which can also be affected by the surrounding signal environment. While this is a common issue for most adapters on the market, we acknowledge it and are actively working on continuous improvements to fully resolve it :)
Q5: Could I charge my iPhone when I use the adapter?
Yes, the adapter is connected to the data transmission interface in the car and will not occupy the charging port, so it can be charged normally
Q6: Does using the adapter consume the car's battery?
Normally, when the car is off, the adapter enters sleep mode and uses minimal power, having little to no effect on the car battery. However, in rare cases, slight battery voltage drops or compatibility issues with some car models may lead to unexpected power drain.
Q7: Whether a firmware upgrade is required before using the product, and when is a firmware upgrade required？
There is no need to upgrade the product after receiving it. Please do not upgrade the product if it can be used normally. If you encounter any problems during use, please contact MSXTTLY first and do not upgrade it by yourself.
Q1: Is this product compatible with my vehicle
If your vehicle is equipped with a factory-installed wired Android Auto system, then this product is compatible.
However, please note that this product is not compatible with vehicles that only have a wireless Android Auto connection.

Q2: After connecting, the car computer cannot load the map.
Please make sure that the GPS function of the mobile phone is turned on. Google maps cannot be recognized, probably because the mobile phone or google maps does not allow the location setting to be turned on.
